In honor of Earth Day, Green Living Magazine will host the Future of Sustainability conference on April 23, 2026, at the Nina Mason Pulliam Rio Salado Audubon Center in Phoenix.

The 2026 conference will feature topics relating to extreme heat and climate resilience, clean energy, water security, and good communities. It will start at 11:15 a.m. and conclude at 4 p.m. Social opportunities, lived music, and a happy hour are included in the cost of the free tickets.

The Arizona Sustainability Community, the largest sustainability community in the country, and Green Living, the world’s leading sustainability magazine, every publishes the Best of Arizona to honor individuals who have made a significant impact on the state’s environment. &nbsp,

Dorie Morales, Green Living‘s founder and CEO, predicted that” this event will foster some wonderful connections, partnerships, and collaborations.” The conference serves as a critical platform for the promotion of green living, which Green Living Magazine believes is crucial because it brings together experts to transform environmental vision into concrete action.

For a day of inspiring action aimed at creating a greener, more tenacious, and equal future, meet Arizona’s sustainability leaders, innovators, and community champions. The conference aims to highlight strong, forward-thinking strategies and effect real change throughout the state through life professional discussions.

The Future of Sustainability 2026

Experts and thought leaders from this year’s event include Tyler Butler’s Tyler Butler, Dr. Shad Marvesti of Honor Health, Sarah Kearney of Blue Zones, and Philip Allsopp. &nbsp,

Gary Dirks, the governor of Arizona, Maren Mahoney, and the governor of Arizona will serve as moderators for the alternative energy panel, which will also have Gensler Sustainability Director Kaley Joseph as moderator.

Arizona’s Senior Advisor for Water Policy, Patrick Adams, and Heather Macre, the Valley Partnership’s CEO, serve as moderators, are among the water panelists. &nbsp,

Since the event’s founding in 2022, Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego has even been a participant and advocate. To exchange ideas, spark innovation, and promote a greener, more sustainable future for Arizona, this gathering brings up policymakers, designers, researchers, and community members.
