The Cortisol Cocktail was just introduced at Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale as a tasty alternative to the boozy brunch cocktails, according to Heather ’61. This antioxidant-packed mocktail contains magnesium to help regulate and lower cortisol levels, acting as a normal brake on the body’s stress response.

The Cortisol Cocktail costs$ 12, and it can be ordered at Hearth ’61 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. regularly. However, here’s how to make it at home at any time.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. orange juice
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 4 oz. water with cocoa
  • 12 tsp of magnesium
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 oz. soda in a club

Directions

In a glass, combine the peach juice, lemon juice, coconut water, magnesium, and a pinch of salt. Leading with club soda and enjoy!
