Past article

The flavor of summer in a glass is infused with confused fresh basil and tomatoes in brewed tea.
The dark tea’s tannins are balanced by the sweetness of the tomatoes, the sharpness of the basil, and the addition of health benefits. Unadulterated hardwood or bamboo muddlers are eco-friendly and won’t scratch glassware.

Ingredients

5 reduced cherry tomatoes
5 ripe basil leaves
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of additional sugar
8 to 12 ounces of cool, dark cold tea
Ice for serving

Directions

Smash the cherry tomatoes and basil with an eco-friendly muddler until the tomatoes ‘ juice and seeds are released, and the basil is bruised thoroughly. Add ice to the top with brewed black iced tea and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and sugar ( if necessary ).
